Any enquires or questions regarding timetables & online learning please contact the Academy.

Every effort will be made to ensure that curriculum quality, breadth and balance are not sacrificed where pupils are required to learn remotely. Our Remote Education is reviewed weekly by SLT and Quality Assured by the Trust identifying the strengths and areas for improvement.

Welcome

Welcome to the new Sutton House Academy website. On 1st July 2017 we joined the Parallel Learning Trust, a multi academy trust with expertise in alternative and special provision for primary and secondary aged children.

Sutton House Academy aims to support all students with their specific needs and barriers to learning to enable them to reach their full potential both academically and in terms of managing their behaviour. This is achieved by providing high quality teaching and learning and by using assessment, engagement and developing educational programmes.

PARENT NOTICE

Dear Parents/Carers - It has come to our attention that there is an extremely unappropriated and unpleasant  TikTok post being shared.  we would urge you to be vigilant  with what your child is  viewing on this and other similar sites.

Below is a parent’s guide to TikTok with advice around settings and generally what TikTok is for those who are not familiar with the app. It is incredibly popular with children of all ages but of course by broadcasting yourself online it does obviously leave children vulnerable to unwanted contact through the app.

The link below covers guides to many of the social media platforms that children are using should you wish to view them.
